RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Clearance & Special Order Items

No returns are accepted on clearance items or special order items for change of mind, incorrect selection, sizing issues, or any other customer-related reason.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where goods are faulty, or do not match their description.


Change of Mind Returns (Online Orders Only)

We will accept returns for change of mind on products purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, labels, instructions, and manuals must be included.

  • Packaging must not be damaged or excessively marked.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Returns for change of mind, incorrect size, incorrect colour selection, unsuitable products, or any other customer-related reason will be at the customer's expense.

Before returning any item, please contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). The issue of a RAN is at the discretion of Corporate and Healthwear.

All approved returns must be received by us within 14 days of return approval. Returns received after this period may be refused.

Refunds for Change of Mind

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Where free shipping was provided on the original order, a shipping charge of $14.95 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover delivery costs already incurred.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.

Proof of purchase will be required.

Depending on the circumstances and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, we may:

  • Repair the product;

  • Replace the product;

  • Provide a refund; or

  • Offer another appropriate remedy.

Please contact us before returning any faulty item so we can assess the issue and provide return instructions.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
