SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Flat Rate Shipping Australia-Wide

We offer Australia-wide shipping for a flat rate of $14.95.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are calculated from the date your order is dispatched.

  • Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery timeframes apply to street addresses only.

  • Deliveries to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect addresses, and other Australia Post collection services may take 7–15 business days.

  • Orders containing work boots, PPE products, or special-order items may take 7–15 business days for delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Stock availability

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Peak trading periods

  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Business Day Deliveries

Orders are delivered on business days only.

No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

Decorated Garments & Custom Orders

Garments requiring embroidery, printing, or other decoration services may incur additional freight charges depending on the weight, size, destination, and requirements of the order.

Any additional freight charges will be advised at the time of quotation or prior to dispatch.

Delivery & Authority to Leave

Deliveries may require a signature upon receipt depending on the courier service used.

Where permitted by the courier and authorised by the customer, parcels may be left in a safe place at the delivery address. Once a parcel has been delivered in accordance with the delivery instructions provided, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.

If nobody is available to receive the parcel and the courier is unable to safely leave the parcel, it may be redirected to the nearest post office, depot, or collection point for collection.

Uncollected or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because:

  • The delivery address provided was incorrect or incomplete;

  • Delivery could not be completed due to customer-related circumstances;

  • The parcel was not collected within the carrier's required timeframe; or

  • The parcel is otherwise returned by the courier,

a $12.00 return-to-sender fee will apply. This fee reflects the charge imposed on us by the courier.

Any additional shipping costs required to resend the parcel will also be the responsibility of the customer.

Corporate and Healthwear is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, Australia Post, customs processes, weather events, natural disasters, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
